The credit crunch as dramatically increased the need for HR staff to help implement restructures involving redundancies and compensation packages.  It's great news for HR recruitment agencies who's vacancy numbers are climbing with the prospect they may need to hire more sales staff.

The good news doesn't end here, the pool of Hr talent is limited, and under the pressure of having to find good HR staff they are bidding salaries up in some cases by as much as 40% with a direct knock on effect in recruitment agencies fees.

Finally, new research has also shown that the average length of recruitment process has fallen to two weeks, meaning consultants are less likely to loose candidates over time.  All in all, it looks like a great year ahead for HR recruitment agencies.
