More jobs in welsh recruitment agency
It's good to see someone breaking the trend. Intapeople in Wales a a recruitment agency on a mission having created 13 new jobs to cope with increased demand.
Their managing director Phil Handley explains that demand in niche areas for higher skilled staff is high having seen a 60% growth in demand for engineers this year.
Their revenue has grown by almost 20% to defy the market trends and lead to the present drive to upsize it's team. Mr Handley says it's the general recruiters who are suffering, with some of the major recuriters having shed hundreds of recruitment consultants this year. According to Intapeople, if you are a recruitment agency offering highly skilled staff you may actually be in for a good year.
